Learn the basics of Flow yoga in a small class environment. In this four week series you will learn breathing techniques, pose alignment and techniques for making a vinyasa practice accessible to you regardless of age, fitness level or injury.
If you are brand new to yoga or are coming to your practice after some time away, this may be the best class for you.

  Yoga for a healthy spine with Julia

In this workshop you will learn to: • Understand common back issues and what causes them
• Use therapeutic yoga to maintain a healthy spine, sacrum, and hips
• Modify your yoga postures to accommodate your back issues
• Use core strength to support your lower back

  Long Slow Deep
Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the Month, 8-9:15am

Taught in a heated room (90), this class is designed to stretch the body from head to toe. Longer deeper holds in active/passive stretches, this class is designed for the athlete who wants to improve their game, yogi who wants to deepen their practice or anyone who wants to improve their overall flexability. Each class will offer some light vinyasa to keep heat building in the body paired with longer deeper stretches (poses held from 1 - 10 minutes) to release the muscular fibers of the body.

  Yin Yoga with Coleen
Every 3rd Sunday of the Month.
Yin yoga is the perfect balance to the more active flow yoga practice and your active life. This class focuses on releasing tension in the joints and ligaments of the body, which will increase range of motion and flexibility. The class begins with a deep Yin practice consisting of longer held postures that mostly target the low back, hips, and pelvis, and finishes with a gentle flow to re-energize the body. This practice is gentle, yet intense, and helps students to open and strengthen deeper areas of the body.
All levels welcome.

  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm, Kid's Yoga at Flow
Children will love this fun twist on traditional yoga. We make the practice of asana (poses) breathing and meditation fun with games and songs. Yoga is a great way for kids to stay fit, centered and focused.

Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm Ages 3-7
