Flow Yoga Book Club with Chris Newcomb – FREE!
Yoga practice can be so much more than a physical experience of poses and breathing and as you continue your journey on the mat, the mental and spiritual benefits become more and more a part of that journey and practice. Exploring your practice through other sources such as meditation and reading often add to the enlightenment of a dedicated yoga practice.
The intention of this group is to read, explore and deepen our understanding of yoga principals. Please come with an open mind, ready to share and discuss what you discover as we work through a series of books chosen to offer another layer to our practices. If you have any questions contact Chris at 703-609-0567.
