Cindy Deugo Carlyle
Cindy took her first yoga class in 2005 thinking that it would help her aching back. Little did she know it would start her on a journey of learning more about her body and herself than she thought possible! She has three university degrees, one in exercise physiology, one in psychology, and one in education. Teaching is something she has done for almost 30 years (from high school science and P.E to Pilates and Spin classes) and she aspires to teach yoga as well as she has taught other things in her life.
Her goal is to teach and speak from satya....to bring out the very best in others. Yoga provides Cindy the opportunity to help her fulfill her purpose...to encourage people to give birth to things they may not know are inside them...to be a midwife to the human spirit through the vehicle of the body.
Her athletic background is in flatwater kayak and triathlon. Yoga has shown her how to put her body and spirit back into a balance that years of training took away...to find peace in stillness and connection in her practice. Cindy has two teenage children that she adores and two dogs that remind her what it is to love unconditionally.
Kelli Audibert
Kelli Audibert discovered yoga in college and instantly connected to the poses and how they opened her body and heart. After that introduction, Kelli explored numerous styles of yoga and worked with master teachers such as Baron Baptiste, Kimberly Wilson, Shiva Rea and Maria Garre. After 8 years of personal study, Kelli knew she wanted to share her love of yoga with others. She felt most connected to the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga which encourages creativity and exploration, uniting movement with breath to unlock the potential of the body and the mind. Kelli’s philosophy of teaching is to allow each student to find their own personal connection with yoga and explore their own unique union. She encourages her students to have fun and share in the love and opportunity for exploration each asana offers. Expect laughter in Kelli’s classes while having fun and pushing your personal edge!
Kelli is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and obtained her 200 hour certification through the Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa Flow teacher training program under the mentorship of Maria Garre. She is continuing her studies through the 500 hour certification program through Shiva Rea’s Samudra: Global School of Living Yoga. Kelli also attended Shannon Paige Schneider's Anjali Restorative Yoga Teacher Training and incorporates these teachings into her vinyasa classes to offer the benefits of intentional rest and guided meditation, creating a holistic practice for mind, body and soul!
Tori Lundock
Like many, Tori came to yoga in her early twenties looking for an effective fitness routine. This focus led her to take her first Vinyasa class at the University of Florida student gym. She immediately fell in love with the graceful and fluid motions of asanas in this practice and began to delve deeper into the realms of yoga. Her search led her to Sanctuary Yoga and Meditation in Gainesville, FL where she experienced Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin, and Flow yoga styles that continue to influence her practice and teaching today. She completed a Yoga Alliance recognized RYT 200 teacher training course through YogaWorks and has added its emphasis on proper alignment to her classes. She has had the great fortune of studying with the Sanctuary staff teachers as well as with David Williams, Betsey Downing, and Jaye Martin. Tori teaches yoga with the desire to impart on others her love of practice both as a physical and deeply personal experience.
Sylvia Vitazkova
Sylvia learned her first asanas when she was five years old, although her formal study of yoga didn’t begin until she took a Hatha Yoga course in college. She began to practice Ashtanga Yoga in 1997 while living in New York City as a graduate student. It was during this period of intense practice that she realized she wanted to guide others towards awareness and joy through yoga, and she thus began an apprenticeship to become a yoga teacher. Sylvia’s practice and teaching has been deeply influenced Barbara Benagh and other generous teachers in the United States, as well as by Acharya Venkatesh in Mysore, India. She was certified to teach the Atma Vikasa Yoga Primary Series by Acharya in 2002, while also studying backbending, Sanskrit chanting and yoga philosophy with Acharya and his wife, Hema Malini. Sylvia has shared her love of yoga through teaching since 1998 with practitioners in New York City, Boston, Cambridge, Ithaca NY, and Miami, and, most recently, Leesburg, VA. She is also a professor of Conservation Biology at George Mason University.

Billy Koch
I became and continue to be captivated by the liberating practice of Yoga while on a path of self study, realization of Being and freedom in life. Through different meditation methods and meta-physical interests I finally stumbled upon the study of Sanskrit, yogic philosophy and meditation with a most beloved Guru. Upon this path it was evident that a balance of mind and body training was necessary and so I dove headfirst into the study and practice of asana. Never, in this incarnation, have I taken part in a system so wholly complete and fulfilling. Yoga offers incomparable expansion of body and mind, harmony in life and connection with the divinity inherent in everything.
I am certified in Prana Vinyasa Flow at the 200 hour level as developed by Shiva Rea’s program and taught at Flow Yoga in Leesburg. My study continues in all aspects of Yoga with Guru Ma as well as the all the wonderful teachers I come in contact with in every moment of life; both on and off the mat, external and internal, seen and unseen. May all beings feel the joy of Being.
Megan (Griffith) Cartier
Megan is the joyful owner of Flow Yoga whose journey has once again taken her away from the Flow community- but she is there in spirit!
She is grateful for all of the incredibly talented teachers showcased above who share their light at the studio and for Flow’s outstanding management team, Jenn Stow and Marcia Hoffheins, who help make the studio such a fabulous place to practice yoga. She is also thankful beyond belief to her Mom and Dad who come to the studio every week (without pay!) to help keep everything running smoothly. Lastly, she is infinitely appreciative of all the Flow practitioners whose energy and presence make it such a special place to cultivate increased happiness and good health.
Megan loves to practice and teach yoga as a means to help transform her own life and others’- mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Her studies have spanned the globe with talented and inspiring teachers, including Sri K Pattabhi Jois (Ashtanga Yoga); Rodney Yee (Iyengar Yoga); Bikram Choudhury (Bikram Yoga); and Doug Keller (Anusara Yoga). She has also completed teacher trainings with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Kimberly Wilson/Tranquil Space, and Tim Miller.
She believes that yoga is one of the most powerful ways that a person can nurture the following characteristics in their being: a strong and supple body; an open and joyful heart; a peaceful and focused mind; and a deep level of restfulness paired with a heightened sense of vitality and well-being.
