Megan Griffith
Megan loves to teach yoga as a means to help transform people's lives-mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. She first got bitten by the “yoga bug” about 12 years ago and has been happily teaching for the past seven.
Megan’s studies have spanned the globe with fabulous and inspiring teachers, including Sri K Pattabhi Jois (Ashtanga Yoga); Rodney Yee (Iyengar Yoga); Bikram Choudhury (Bikram Yoga); and Doug Keller (Anusara Yoga). She has also completed teacher trainings with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Kimberly Wilson/Tranquil Space, and Tim Miller.
Megan has a vibrant personality and gives generously of her bright spirit. She believes that yoga is one of the most powerful ways that a person can nurture the following characteristics in their being: a strong and supple body; an open and joyful heart; a peaceful and focused mind; and a deep level of restfulness paired with a heightened sense of vitality and well-being.
Come try one of Megan's classes to be consistently taken to your growing edge…while smiling and maybe even laughing along the way! She'll give you lots of encouragement and support while gracefully linking posture to posture with breath and a passion for the practice.
Megan is currently working and living in St. Louis but teaches at Flow on occasion- please check the special events page for details.

Jeanne M. Campbell
Jeanne began practicing yoga to help with a lower back injury which had sidelined her from the very demanding equestrian sport of eventing. As Jeanne stepped away from her competing career, she wasn’t sure anything could ever really fill that void. Amazingly, yoga did…and thus began the journey that has transformed Jeanne physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Jeanne’s energy and passion for her practice have led her down this exciting path of teaching yoga. Jeanne has received her 200 hour certification and is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Additionally, she has studied under master teachers such as Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Gregor Singleton, Kimberly Wilson, Neva Ingalls, Simon Park, Maria Garre and is currently pursuing her 500 hour certification through Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training Program.
Her style incorporates a fun and lively vinyasa flow that is primarily influenced by both Shiva Rea and Baron Baptiste. So, come and practice with Jeanne…embrace the heat, enjoy the sweat, and find your edge…

Cindy Deugo Carlyle
Cindy arrived in the yoga studio this past summer thinking that it would help her aching back. Little did she know it would start her on a journey of learning more about her body and herself than she thought possible! She has three university degrees, one in exercise physiology, one in psychology, and one in education. Teaching is something she has done for almost 30 years (from high school science and P.E to Pilates and Spin classes) and she aspires to teach yoga as well as she has taught other things in her life.
Her athletic background is in flatwater kayak and triathlon. Yoga has shown her how to put her body and spirit back into a balance that years of training took away.
Cindy has two teenage children that she adores and two dogs that remind her what it is to love unconditionally.

Olena Kolomiyets
It was love from the first sight. Olena knew she's been waiting for this moment of finding her path in a new country on a new continent to lead her, to inspire her, to challenge and stimulate her. She took her first yoga class in 1999 at a community college in NJ. She's still practicing today on her mat at home or at a Flow Yoga studio in Leesburg. Olena's traveled the world to improve her understanding of the science of yoga learning from some of the best yoga masters like Sri Pattabhi Jois, Doug Keller, and Andrey Lappa.Olena's teaching style is still evolving. Her classes never repeat themselves as she introduces different techniques borrowed from Anusara, Ashtanga and Universal style of yoga to name a few, and "things to try" including some of the rarely taught poses, partnering exercises, and use of props to enhance the experience in the pose. Olena is a strong and graceful yoga practitioner. Her students say that her demonstration of poses in classes gives them something to strive for.

Andrew
McAuley
Andrew took his first steps down the path of yoga at the age of 17. He fell in love with the spiritual aspects of the practice and focused his studies on life's higher purpose and personal growth, finding a strong appreciation for the teachings of Hinduism, Buddhism and Taoism. At 26, Andrew was inspired to increase his knowledge and personal practice of yoga. It was this spark that led him to Flow Yoga in Leesburg, VA where he studied under Kate Vickers and Rochelle Traupe in order to achieve his 200+ hr yoga teaching certification. Andrew owns his own massage therapy practice, Epidauria: Wholistic Healing Centre of Leesburg, where he has cultivated a familiarity with Anatomy and Physiology that allows him to better honor and respect the state of the body during yoga practice. Andrew is now a newly appointed member of the teaching faculty at Flow Yoga in Leesburg, VA. His ongoing adventure down the path of yoga has led him to start his 500+ hr certification through Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training.
Andrew's first rule for teaching is compassion. He works hard to create a sense of fellowship and community in his classes. He welcomes the opportunity to lead students of any level into a deeper realization of their personal journey through yoga. He believes that the harmonious connection between the physical and spiritual self created through the action of yoga gives us balance which we can incorporate into our fast paced, day-to-day lives. When you come to one of Andrew's classes, expect to be greeted with distinct laughter and a warm smile. His classes embark on a creative journey of the Power Vinyasa Flow, but don't forsake the simplicity of the foundations of the asanas. If you want a class where you can explore the infinite potential of the human experience from the safety and security of your yoga mat, allow Andrew to be your guide. Be Inspired!
