Cindy Deugo Carlyle
Cindy took her first yoga class in 2005 thinking that it would help her aching back. Little did she know it would start her on a journey of learning more about her body and herself than she thought possible! She has three university degrees, one in exercise physiology, one in psychology, and one in education. Teaching is something she has done for almost 30 years (from high school science and P.E to Pilates and Spin classes) and she aspires to teach yoga as well as she has taught other things in her life.
Her goal is to teach and speak from satya….to bring out the very best in others. Yoga provides Cindy the opportunity to help her fulfill her purpose…to encourage people to give birth to things they may not know are inside them…to be a midwife to the human spirit through the vehicle of the body.
Her athletic background is in flatwater kayak and triathlon. Yoga has shown her how to put her body and spirit back into a balance that years of training took away…to find peace in stillness and connection in her practice. Cindy has two teenage children that she adores and two dogs that remind her what it is to love unconditionally.
Kelli Audibert E-RYT 200
Kelli Audibert discovered yoga in college and instantly connected to the poses and how they opened her body and heart. After that introduction, Kelli explored numerous styles of yoga and worked with master teachers such as Baron Baptiste, Kimberly Wilson, Shiva Rea and Maria Garre.
After 8 years of personal study, Kelli knew she wanted to share her love of yoga with others. She felt most connected to the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga which encourages creativity and exploration, uniting movement with breath to unlock the potential of the body and the mind. Kelli’s philosophy of teaching is to allow each student to find their own personal connection with yoga and explore their own unique union. She encourages her students to have fun and share in the love and opportunity for exploration each asana offers. Expect laughter in Kelli’s classes while having fun and pushing your personal edge!
Kelli is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and obtained her 200 hour certification through the Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Flow teacher training program under the mentorship of Maria Garre. She is continuing her studies through the 500 hour certification program through Shiva Rea’s Samudra: Global School of Living Yoga. Kelli also attended Shannon Paige Schneider’s Anjali Restorative Yoga Teacher Training and incorporates these teachings into her vinyasa classes to offer the benefits of intentional rest and guided meditation, creating a holistic practice for mind, body and soul!
Tori Lundock E-RYT 200
Like many, Tori came to yoga in her early twenties looking for an effective fitness routine. This focus led her to take her first Vinyasa class at the University of Florida student gym. She immediately fell in love with the graceful and fluid motions of asanas in this practice and began to delve deeper into the realms of yoga.
Her search led her to Sanctuary Yoga and Meditation in Gainesville, FL where she experienced Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin, and Flow yoga styles that continue to influence her practice and teaching today. She completed a Yoga Alliance recognized RYT 200 teacher training course through YogaWorks and has added its emphasis on proper alignment to her classes. She has had the great fortune of studying with the Sanctuary staff teachers as well as with David Williams, Betsey Downing, and Jaye Martin.
Tori teaches yoga with the desire to impart on others her love of practice both as a physical and deeply personal experience.

Coleen Clement RYT 200
Coleen has always lived an active life running races and hiking mountains. It was the balance she felt she needed that first brought her to yoga. From the first class she took, she began to notice how yoga also effected other areas of her life positively.
Coleen wishes to teach yoga as a way to serve others by sharing this wonderful practice. She believes yoga is a great way to strengthen and nurture ourselves, through compassion and awareness, breath by breath. Coleen’s classes are flowing and meditative that will ultimately leave the student feeling balanced. Billy Koch RYT 200

Nārāyan̩a’s yogic journey took off upon meeting his beloved Guru Mā during a retreat in the summer of 2008. It was then that he was introduced to Sanskrit, the power of mantra, and yogic philosophy; deepened his practice and understanding of meditation; participated in his first formal āsana practice; and realized what the rest of his life would be focused upon. It was evident that a balance in disciplining the mind and body was necessary to his freedom and so he immediately involved himself in the study and practice of asana along with engaging studies in Sanskrit, yogic philosophy and meditation.
Nārāyan̩a is RYT-200 certified through the Samudra School for Living Yoga. He continues to be inspired and expand his knowledge of yogāsana through all the wonderful teachers and students that he meets. He views all beings as the embodiment of Love and Wisdom and finds something to learn from everyone; to name just a few would be unfair to the countless others that have had an impact on his life. Every step is important on the path of Yoga regardless of how large or small.
His classes are generally a vinyāsa based flow that is heavily influenced by the Universal Yoga system and integrates the eight-limb Yoga model, mantra, and the knowledge and wisdom of that which he is ever learning in the tradition of his Guru. He is concerned with providing a space where all are encouraged to explore the depths of their being, physically, mentally and spiritually on their journey towards liberation.
Off the mat he can be found in the yoga of relationship with his partner, Padmā, and three cats, Jaya, Isabella and Sammie. He participates in the yoga of business and entertainment as a lighting designer, technician and supervisor for production events all around the country. He enjoys the yoga of watching movies and playing games, the yoga of bike riding, the yoga of cooking and eating, the yoga of crochet and most importantly the yoga of reverence and gratitude for all the opportunities this life is offering him to grow in understanding and compassion.
Renee Novello RYT 200

Renee began practicing yoga over 10 years ago at a local gym as her preferred choice of exercise. Previously, she had always felt disconnected from her body and yoga left her feeling calm, centered as well as comfortable in her own skin. Renee had never before experienced any activity where she lost track of time and space and truly felt alive in the moment. A regular yoga practice resulted in a more balanced, patient, and humble person. Renee knew it was her purpose to share this powerful gift of yoga with others and could no longer delay beginning on the path of yoga teaching. Renee enrolled in the Flow Yoga 200 hr teacher training where she had the privilege of studying with Marcia Hoffheins and Julia Kalish. She hopes to share the mindfulness of yoga that is accessible to all of us and can create great positive changes in our lives. Renee views her students as teachers and feels blessed to have the opportunity to be their guide. She also strives to encourage students to explore the fullest potential of their own universe and leave class feeling peaceful yet empowered.

Lisa Lermitte RYT 200
Lisa began her yoga practice while in college to find a balance to her long distance running and strength training. Yoga provided much more then she expected as it invited her to connect her body, breath and mind. As her life moved onto working, marriage and kids, yoga continued to provide balance to her busy life as well as needed personal time. Lisa pursued her long time desire to become a yoga teacher and completed her 200 hour certification in 2011 with Flow Yoga under Marcia Hoffheins and Julia Kalish. Lisa truly enjoys helping students explore and achieve the benefits of a physical yoga practice. She encourages her students to focus on breathing to connect the mind and body, while guiding them to trust and challenge themselves through her vinyasa flow class. From being an athlete to a busy mom, she understands the physical and mental demands and how yoga can help to achieve physical goals and a steady mind. Ultimately, her hope is to pass along the amazing feelings she has experienced through her yoga practice- strength, peace, inspiration, compassion, confidence, humility, beauty, and healing.

After practicing yoga for over one year, Chris decided to take the leap and learn to teach yoga so that she could share the message of the benefits of yoga practice with more people. She started teaching yoga in 2009 and the journey continues to bring peacefulness and joy into her life, which she hopes to share with students.

Suzanne Powell RYT 200
If you ask her, Suzy will say that yoga saved her life. At the encouragement of her husband, Suzy found Flow in 2008 after a life threatening illness. Stepping onto her mat began a journey of healing inside and out. In January 2011, she took a further step in that journey and enrolled in Flow’s Teacher Training Program with Marcia Hoffheins and Julia Kalish. Suzy received her 200 RYT in June, 2011 and was thrilled to join the Flow community. When she’s not on her mat, you will find Suzy swimming, reading or whipping up something in the kitchen for her family.
Turi Nevin- Turkel RYT 200
Yoga came to Turi when she was living in the mountains of Colorado in 2000. After years as a professional water skiing and active outdoor recreational professional her body yearned for support and yoga was just what it was looking for. Then in late 2000 an opportunity presented itself to transition and move to VA to start a family with her husband. Yoga continued to be a part of her life as she became a mother and an avid gardener. Here is where yoga truly became a way of life…Day in day out conscious living, nourishing the body from the inside out. With that more awareness was desired and Turi decided to take part in the Flow Yoga Teacher training program with Julia Kalish and Marcia Hoffhiens.
Turi brings to yoga the idea of consciously deepening the connection with our body, mind, soul…While expanding our eyes to the world around us. Along with a strong dose of intention and will, humility and humor, breath and movement, well-being is offered one class at a time. Turi is extremely grateful for her teachers and the opportunity to share her awareness through teaching.
