About the program:

“Calling this series teacher training doesn’t do it justice.  This is a journey inward.  A discovery of your true self.” – S.Powell – TT Graduate 2011

Whether you are interested in deepening your own practice or you feel the call to teach, the Flow Yoga Teacher Training program is committed to the personal success of each participant. We encourage our teacher training students to engage in “svadhyaya” — the Sanskrit term for self-inquiry. You will acquire the confidence to communicate the practice of yoga to others with the highest level of skill while honoring your own unique voice and style. This program will broaden your perspective of yoga – culminating in an experience that is transformational on every level: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Through our program you will:
*Learn basic anatomy and physiology
*Learn alignment, breakdown and modifications of the postures

*Learn Hands on Assists for postures
*Explore the history of Yoga through the Yoga Sutras and other texts to better understand the practice
*Observe and Assist classes at Flow Yoga
*Structure and teach Vinyasa Yoga Classes
*Be qualified to apply for Registered Yoga Teacher status (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance

and so much more….
